chicken pandan leaves or olive leaves

Tavuk or chicken pandan originally a middle east dish. It uses the aromatic benefits of pandan to add flavor
for a more tender and flavorful taste add herps. In here has been they change it a little preferred the original middle east way. Here’s the chicken recipe
ingredients:
2 kg. Chicken

·         1/2 cup tomato sauce
·         1/2 cup soy sauce
·         1 g minced garlic
·         5 g coriander leaves chopped
·         50 ml light olive oil sauce
·         pandan leaves chopped
how to do it?
Mix all the ingredients and leave the  meat for 2 hour. Wrap the olive leaves .
  • with the pandan leaves overnight for the taste and smell to really infiltrate the chicken.
  • To Cook:
  • Deep fry the olive leaves in olive oil or vegetable oil. Wait till it turns golden before you take it off from the pan. Serve with sweet tomato sauce and garnish with mint

The technique is to do wrap the chicken with olive leaves and fry
