Mango Salad
Ingredients: 4 servings
- 3 yellow onion.
- 3 avocado.
- 3 of mango.
- 1 small lettuce.
- 2 carrot, Salt and pepper and Olive oil.
Note: The mango should preferably not be so ripe for good consistency.
Wash the vegetables with plenty of water and vinegar.
Cut the onion and lettuce into julienne strips, mango and avocado are cut into small pieces. Finally, grate the carrot.
