workout means more healthy life

If you want to have good muscles read on, do you know that all pplgot eight hours of sleep without getting up in the middle is the needed healthy sleep
In today's full life and work life, balancing work life and health is not easy than ever.
few sleep good hours and often hear ppl say i didnt sleep good
It's not a  lie that food is like sleeping. tried for job that takes 10 months, then holiday? that is not enough
if less sleep,is time your body is tired, easier to read book than do exercise for a week.
you may not know that your body needs only 15 minute workout 7 times week. still 9 hours to sleep 7 times week to be healty and have healthy body. By sleeping more, you became more productive, focus also have good talented mood a lot.
