Lose weight exercise, burn fat flat stomch

Set on any floor flat.
bend the spine on our lower back slightly and but not touch the floor. lower back on the ground. place your hands on your head. elevate your left curved knee and your right hand bone to touch it. without bringing your raised leg and arm down, likewise do elbow-to knee touching. repeat these bike like twenty times before returning to your bending position.  tummy fat. Is what this trains give
do circles twist body trunk
stand up, feet separated and put your hands on your lips
put your hands above your head, turn your body with face left and right, right and left to the limit that you can do
this exercise has to do without moving your legs, its twisting your body at the stomach level so it burns fats,
this twisting should be done 10 * 10 daily
do either side then set straight then other exercise      

many people feel tired but later you feel happy, concentrate on the result. Assure your knees are twisted for the next exercise and stay like this for minutes, then look up and down, then set like that, legs crossed, get up and do that 5 times, press your lower back until its little near the floor

bend up until your hands over the ground stay 5 minutes then get up and bend your back then your hands bend it above, with these workouts you will lose weight in week or two or three you decide how to.
