cocoa & coconut Brownies

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

Make brownies recipe at home and tasty.

Ingredients
1/2 cup mango puree
2 cup normal milk
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup normal flour

How to bake mango and cocoa brownies recipe
heat oven to 280 degrees F
oil spray your baking pan . mixing mango, milk , cocoa powder nicely.  Add cinnamon, and other ingredients until combined. Add more flour if needed then stir until smooth. Pour it in the pan and in oven for 45 minutes until cooked, take it out the oven and cool. its tasty brownies recipe

Carbs are what turns into glucose with provides energy to our body. The newly trending ketogenic diet and other such voices presses upon using minimum carbs in our diet because people have started to believe that it’s bad for our health. The question is, is it really bad for you or not?
Carbs are the major source of energy and nutrition for our body. People have been using carbohydrates for ages.
